Return/Refund Policy

What can be returned or exchanged?
Any item that is in new condition and still contains the original tags can be returned or exchanged.
How long do you have to make a return or exchange?
You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund less shipping costs. All legitimate exchanges made within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged for no additional cost.
Will you be fully refunded for a legitimate return?
All legitimate returns made within 30 days of purchase date will be fully refunded. However, you will not be reimbursed for the return shipping costs of the returned item(s). 
Can you exchange an item you purchased for a similar item in a different size, color, or style than you ordered?
As long as the item you ordered is in new condition, you may exchange it within our 30-day window for an item of equal or lesser value. If you exchange an item for a different one of lesser value, we will wire the difference to the credit card account you used to make your purchase.
The onus is on the customer to pay shipping to return the items and Bigwin Island Golf Club will pay to send you the exchange. However, this is a one time, per order, arrangement. Any further exchanges to the same order and the customer will have to provide payment for all shipping costs. Any refunds to online & phone orders must be processed within 30 days of purchase as well to the original payment method.
